1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website housecleaningservices.net.au and all services provided by House Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

 

2. Services

House Cleaning Services offers residential cleaning services including basic cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, post-construction cleaning, and more. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service.

  • No-shows or lockouts (where access is not provided at the scheduled time) may incur a full-service fee.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.

  • Payments are accepted via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

  • Invoices must be paid on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Access to Property

  • The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If we are unable to access the premises, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

  • For unattended appointments, clients must provide accurate access instructions (e.g. key codes, hidden key location).

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge, subject to review and reasonable justification.

 

7. Limitations of Liability

  • While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty fixtures, poor condition of property, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

  • We carry public liability insurance; however, claims must be lodged within a reasonable time frame.

 

8. Health & Safety

  • Our team reserves the right to refuse service where a property is considered unsafe or unsanitary.

  • We use standard commercial-grade cleaning products. If you have allergies or prefer eco-friendly options, please inform us at the time of booking.

 

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client details with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of those changes.

 

11. Governing Law
